The Parkdale United Cricket Club Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 21st June 2021, commencing at 7:30 pm at the Jack Grut Reserve. All members of the Parkdale United Cricket Club community (both Junior and senior constituents of the Club) are invited to attend. However, there is a limit on the amount of people that can attend the Annual General Meeting due to the State Government’s current COVID-19 restrictions. Therefore, please confirm your attendance to the Secretary by email to firstname.lastname@example.org by 14th June 2021.
Please note, that in the event of a vote being conducted on any issues, only Life Members along with currently financial senior and associate members are able to participate in the voting process.
The business of the meeting shall be to:
- Receive and consider the annual report of the Secretary,
- Receive and consider the annual accounts and report of the Treasurer,
- Elect members of the committee for the 2021-2022 season,
- Consider any items of General Business submitted to the Secretary (including life member nominations).
Nominations are sought for the following Committee positions;
- 1st Vice President,
- 2nd Vice President,
- Members representatives (8)
Nominations must be completed on the attached nomination form, stating the position for which the person is nominated, signed by two members of the club, and with the written consent of the candidate.
